Are Americans are Too Picky with Jobs?

In my France Burning post, I talked briefly about the Mexican illegal immigrants working the jobs that nobody wants. I’d like to expand on that for a second.
Politicians, including President George W. Bush, claim that the guest worker program is good because it allows illegals to work jobs that Americans won’t work. Maybe they should round up all the willing homeless people in America, and ship them out to do these jobs. You would keep people off the streets, and reduce a lot of inner city crime. Combine that with deporting everyone that doesn’t belong here, the government would save enough money from not having to house illegals, you would be able to get many of these homeless back on their feet.
