Do you eat pizza with a fork? I don’t. When I was in the Navy, and traveled abroad I found that many Europeans opted to eat French fries (chips) with a fork. I found it odd. I chalked it up as foreign culture.
I experienced a foot-in-mouth moment this last weekend when I was out of town visiting with friends of family, and they made pizza the night I arrived. As dinner was being served, I was asked if I wanted a fork for my pizza. I replied “No thanks, I’m American.†Well, needless to say, I felt like an ass when she told me that she uses a fork with pizza. I mentioned my experience with Europeans eating fries with forks and she replied she also uses a fork with French Fries.
Have I been too blind to notice how many people around me use forks for “finger foods�

they have clean table cloths…
for me, it depends on the mood and the location. If I’m with the lads, then I’ll eat with my hands. In a restaurant, I eat with a knife and fork.

Well, The reason I eat pizza with a fork is I put red peppers the hot kind on my pizza and if you have ever got some grease from the pizza mixed with the peppers then rubbed your eyes…. WOW milk will not cut the burn…
