OK, since I’m off today I thought I’d update the ol’ blog with how my ‘diet’ is going. I started out at 213 after after New Years. My goal was not to lose a lot of weight fast, but retrain my body to simply be healthier. This includes most of all sensible eating and gradually introducing an exercise regiment.
After several weeks of cutting out sweets, and instead snacking on things like yogurt and fresh fruits, and chewing gum and eating Smart One’s meals I have managed to shed 9 pounds. My pants aren’t spandex anymore am I am pleased but I have a long way to go.
