These lottery tickets chain letters have started Lottery Tips & Advice going around in my family also. I made it clear that I did not want any sent to me. It?s inconsiderate (RUDE!) to try to make someone feel obligated to participate.

well i have to say i have a few friends that envolved them selves in both types of chains the 5 people you replace on list. and the lottery ticket one.. there still around and ok i think its illegal just like burning music or downloading for free. even though its illegal.they did not drag me in for my illegal downloades. the way i look at it. the post office still recieves 42 cents per letter. and there still making 84 dollers off your 200 letters sent. its still a business:) what you guys think with that being said

These lottery tickets chain letters have started going around in my family also. I made it clear that I did not want any sent to me. It's inconsiderate (RUDE!) to try to make someone feel obligated to participate. Even if you don't want to participate, it's expected that you return the ticket to the sender.(Still an obligation.) And guess what? These chain letters are ILLEGAL! If you are only requesting postcards, recipes, atc. to be sent, it's ok, but chain letters are considered by law a form of gambling and sending them combined with state-issued lottery tickets??? This is a no brainer!
