Recently, Rosa Parks died. Rosa Parks was the woman that refused to give up her seat for a white man and went down in history as a momorable moment in the civil rights movement in America. Sure, it was an important event, but I can’t get over how grossly overdone this has become. The lady that refused to give up her seat on the bus gets more honors than most Military generals and Admirals who have devoted their entire lives to America. This, to me, is severe political correctness. I am all for having a big funeral for her, but to lay her out in the Capitol building? I don’t think so.
